Ghee is a traditional cuisine in India from the ancient period. Ghee is a nutritional powerhouse and also used in ayurvedic as a medicine. Ghee is a superfood for kids and adults.it is a healthy fat. We can daily consume ghee up to 10-15ml(2-3 tablespoons). The ingredients to make Ghee are as follows

Ingredients

  1.  milk
  2. curd
  3. curry leaves
  4. salt

Step 1:-

Firstly boil milk then creamy layer will be formed. keep that milk in the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.

Step 2:-

After 1-2 hours a creamy layer of milk gets very thicker, then transfers that cream to another airtight container and store in the refrigerator because it keeps cream fresh. In this way, you can collect cream on milk up to 15 -20 days.

Step 3:-

Take the container from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature then add 2-3 tablespoons of curd and let ferment it for overnight (at least 8-9 hrs).

Step 4:-

After fermentation blend it. Then separate smoothy butter. Now take a pan and melt the butter.

Step 5:-

After melting the butter add some curry leaves and pinch of salt later filter it gently. Now the clarified butter /ghee is ready to serve.This ghee store in the refrigerator and can serve for months.
